Soul Collector – the relaunch

It’s not often that my short stories don’t hit the mark, but when it happens, I’m compelled to fix it.

It seems that bisexual adventures aren’t as popular as gay or FM stories, so Soul Collector has been rewritten as a gay adventure, with a very brief foray as Samuel tries in vain to fulfil his contract as an Incubus.

Samuel Driver had been a thug, a thief and a career criminal—until the moment he got killed. His violent escapades secured him a place in Hell. But his fighting spirit earned him a reprieve, and a chance to walk the Earth once again.

Contracted to become an Incubus—a seducer of women and reaper of their life forces—Sam did his best to fulfil his hellish contract, but after a string of failures, he faced a return to Hell and an eternity of suffering. But when he learned about double points—the notion that seducing men was more lucrative than seducing women—his prospects brightened.

Armed with shape-shifting abilities, Sam quickly became a reaper of masculine energy and earned himself the unique title of Male Succubus. 

The cover has received a rework as well, with the female character fading into the flaming background (sorry, ladies, but she had to go).

The new and reworked Soul Collector will be released by Luminosity on April 27th.

New title release – Hard Lessons

I’m thrilled to announce the release of ‘Hard Lessons,’ a new short story, and the first in a new series entitled ‘The Dungeon.’

Angie Henderson has worked as a security guard since she left college, gaining experience in the local mall with her dedicated colleagues. When she hears about an opening for a female security officer at The Dungeon, the low-key underground adult playground, she is eager to move across, hoping to add a little spice to her life.

 But Angie learns that The Dungeon contains dangers she never imagined. While the customers are generally trouble-free, temptation lurks around every corner—a temptation her new employers have forbidden to her.

 Can she resist the daily lure of naked flesh? Would she dare risk her new job for the sake of short-lived pleasure?

Hard Lessons is a short story that combines mild consensual BDSM and erotic menages, and is the first of a series of adventures for Angie, newly employed by brothers Sam and Daniel as part of The Dungeon’s female security team.

Every night, all around her, men and women enjoy the pleasures of the flesh, but employee Angie is forbidden to join them.

Can she resist temptation?

Would you be able to?

Cover reveal – Hard Lessons

I’m excited to be able to share the new cover for Hard Lessons (The Dungeon Part 1), which is due to be released on Wednesday April 13th.

The Dungeon series of stories were inspired by a short story I was asked to write, featuring a BDSM dungeon. The short story featured four participants who enjoyed bondage–fairly standard stuff. But as I was writing, I wondered what it would be like to watch the action as an owner of the establishment. As the idea developed, security guards became involved, and the story point of view shifted to them, caught between the sexual action and the Dungeon’s owners. It seemed to make sense for the owners to forbid the guards to join the clients, which would create tension if the guards were tempted.

Which they most certainly are.

New release! My male Succubus has arrived.

You’re probably wondering about the headline already. For those of you who aren’t sure, a female soul collector is a Succubus, whilst a male collector is normally an Incubus.

Oops, I was naughty, and mixed things up a bit. I used a tiny bit of artistic licence, because while Sam Driver has been sent back from Hell as an Incubus to collect womens souls during the process of seduction, his intitial attempts fell short of his Demon-master’s standards.

However, he proved fairly successful at collecting male life-energy, discovering his talent during a wild threesome. His Demon offered him a chance to prove his worth and Sam, being an open minded sort, decided ‘why not?’ So he was reclassified as a male Succubus.

‘Soul Collector‘ is a paranormal fantasy, largely M/M, but with a bisexual touch.

Samuel Driver died in 1973, a fairly successful career criminal and modest bad guy. He quickly landed in Hell, but his refusal to accept an eternity of suffering brings him to the attention of Asmodeus, a three-headed demon, who recognises Sam’s potential and proposes a deal. Asmodeus offers Sam special shape-shifting powers, to be used in the seduction of women on Earth. Sam must bring them sexual pleasure and Asmodeus will watch closely, ready to suck away part of the women’s life energy during the throes of passion.

Sam accepts the proposal, but finds the task more difficult than anticipated, failing to acquire any energy at all during his first week on Earth. Asmodeus is less than impressed and threatens to return Sam to Hell if he fails again. But before he sends Sam away, he concedes that Sam would have had some success at seducing men, if only he hadn’t sabotaged his own efforts. Men, it seems, release double the sexual energy of women.

Armed with this knowledge, Sam changes tack and successfully beds and seduces two men in the same afternoon, draining them both and earning himself the unique title of Male Succubus, seducer of men.  

‘Soul Collector‘ is the third of my new stories and part one of the ‘Memoirs’ series. Watch this space for more of Sam Driver’s adventures!

‘Half-Breed’ Release Day

Yay!

The first story in the ‘Dark Horse’ series has hit the virtual bookshelves at Luminosity.

Half-Breed is the Pilot episode of my new Dark Horse series. It follows the adventures of Aurora Silvestre,  a reluctant kick-ass heroine, who is struggling to maintain the appearance of a human woman as she works behind a bar in Quincy, Massachusetts.

The price she must pay for her humanity is to mate regularly with men, which stabilises her DNA (and allows for plenty of sexy adventures with the men of Quincy). If she fails to have sex every four days, the aggressive alien genome within Aurora will surface and wipe away every trace of her humanity, exposing her to a mistrustful America.

But her secret is out. Someone in authority is on her case.

But what will he do with the information?

Oops. An apology to Kelly Love.

I owe Kelly Love (not the Australian fashion designer) an apology. 😦

In my last post, where I mentioned Kelly’s new story Spy Games, I bemoaned the missing third installment of the F/F office romp featuring Stacy Quinn.

Having enjoyed reading book #1 Carnal Lust and #2 Carnal Sin , I asked what had happened to the final part of the story.

Oops, my bad. I’d somehow missed the release of Carnal Love, the final part of the trilogy, back in May.

iHeart Kelly Love’s new spy story

Kelly Love (still not the Australian fashion designer, but an author in her own right) has released the first in a new series of stories.

Not content with having released Carnal Lust and Carnal Sin, she’s penned a series about female secret agents who get a little more involved with each other than they ought to. 😉

“Special Agent Sandy is keeping a close eye on Gina Norwell, an investigator within the Internal Affairs Division. Sandy’s boss wants to find out why Gina has been spying on him. He needs Sandy to shut her down, or at the very least, distract her.

At .99c for 61 pages, Spy Games is a sweet, thrilling, summer read, featuring F/F love, lust, drugs, and espionage. Sandy has to tread a dangerous path between her paranoid boss and the suspicious, feisty investigator, Gina. Sandy must convince Gina she’s working with, rather than against her. Which of course, she’s not.

I was quickly drawn into the story as Sandy worked her secret agent magic. There are even a few spy tricks, which today’s reader expects to find in every espionage novel. I know I did. And I was surprised by where Sandy hid her secret devices!

Love the idea of a lesbian spy story, Kelly Love, but when are we going to see Stacy Quinn’s final story? I need her HEA. Don’t let me down! 😀

Release day has arrived!
